Bayou Hot Wings
The tastiest of all the hot wings you can find in NOLA. They say the Bayou Beast sauce is only for the brave, I find the sauce so delectable my mouth is watering thinking about it. If that's not hot enough for you, they have the Bayou Hot Wings challenge with a special sauce that is sure to make you sweat and maybe cry. Those that complete the challenge get a t-shirt and their name on the wall. If chicken's not your style you can opt for shrimp, gator, or even frog legs. All the usually wing fixings available. Their blue cheese dressing is pretty fantastic too. Small spot. Not a lot of seating. Uptown. No alcohol.
