Safran Restaurant, Naousa
I don't typically like chickpeas, but I would bathe in the chickpea dish from Safran. Even in the heat of Greek summer, this dish made me wish I was curled up in front of a fire on a snowy day. Any food that can mentally transport you to a feeling is a win in my book.
