Safran Restaurant, Naousa
I don't typically like chickpeas, but I would bathe in the chickpea dish from Safran. Even in the heat of Greek summer, this dish made me wish I was curled up in front of a fire on a snowy day. Any food that can mentally transport you to a feeling is a win in my book.

Taverna Glafkos
Fresh salads, grilled fish, and mouthwatering pasta made this restaurant one of my favorites in Paros. The food was so good that one friend actually licked his plate clean. Enough said.

Sousouro
What brunch dreams are made of! Order a smoothie or an acai bowl as a refreshing break from the Greek heat, but sit outside so you can watch the restaurant's adorable dog run up and down the stairs next door.

Xamilothoris Patisserie
If you went to Greece and didn't get local Greek pastries and Greek coffee, did you even go to Greece? Try the Greek coffee but remember not to stir it (the coffee grounds are at the bottom of the cup), and cut the bitterness with any of the delicious pastries covered in local honey.

Cafe Karino
Sometimes when traveling, all I want is a good American-style brunch - and this place serves brunch until 5PM! Enjoy the view of the harbor with your eggs benedict all day.

Markakis Restaurant - Piso Livadi Paros
Renting an ATV is a great way to explore Paros, and the adorable fishing village of Pisa Livadi is a great spot to stop for lunch. Markakes boasted a wide menu of freshly caught fish (the fish of the day in parchment paper on top of tomatoes and potatoes was delicious), but the highlight for us was a baked feta with honey.

Itria Coctail Bar
Go for the martinis, stay for the attractive Italian bartenders. It's the best espresso martini I've had abroad!

Moraitis Winery
While Greek wine isn't typically my favorite, Moraitis puts on a lovely tasting with six different varietals that include some of the best wine I've had in Greece. Don't leave without ordering an extra glass of their driest white or Estate rosé.
