Stingray City Antigua
Sting Ray City delivered a pretty jam packed afternoon, guided by Captain Hercules (his mom calls him Adrian, but he said we're not allowed to) and Captain Mark. We started out with a kayak your through the local mangroves, where we got the opportunity to hold jellyfish, sea cucumber, starfish, and even saw a young barracuda! Then we took a boat ride (pictured) up to Great Bird Island to snorkel through some coral reef, and hike around the small island, where we found one of ~1500 existing Antiguan Racer Snakes. On the way back, we stopped by a sand bar that had loads of sting rays hanging out looking for snacks! Thankfully, our gracious captains kept us hydrated with plenty of rum punch on our journey. 🍷🤣
