Phuket is a popular region with some of the best beaches out there, Phi Phi islands are like a small piece of heaven and then there are the Similan islands which will make you feel like you're in the Maldives. Lots of stunning lagoons and cliffs from where to dive in the turqoise waters. Excellent snorkelling opportunities as well. The cost of living is significantly cheaper than in other european resort towns.
