Puerto 511 Cocina Peruana
posted in Best Restaurant
Puerto 511 has the best ceviche in Baltimore, maybe in Maryland. You have to order the Ceviche Clasico, it's the best one on their menu. On Friday and Saturday they only do a Prix Fix Menu and it's a great way to taste the Chef's best dishes. Puerto 511 is BYOB. Make sure you bring in some Pisco and they will make you Pisco Sours!
