foraged. a hyper-seasonal eatery
My favorite restaurant in Baltimore, hands down. The menu is hyper-seasonal, always changing, always amazing. Don't expect to eat the same thing twice except for their pigs parts. You can make your way through the menu, ordering several plates, without hurting your wallet and you won't go home feeling super full and gross.

Puerto 511 Cocina Peruana
Puerto 511 has the best ceviche in Baltimore, maybe in Maryland. You have to order the Ceviche Clasico, it's the best one on their menu. On Friday and Saturday they only do a Prix Fix Menu and it's a great way to taste the Chef's best dishes. Puerto 511 is BYOB. Make sure you bring in some Pisco and they will make you Pisco Sours!

Magdalena Restaurant
Magdalena is my favorite special occiasion restaurant in Baltimore. The space is beautiful and vibrant. Each room has a differnet vibe/theme. The wine list is excellent. The menu changes with the seasons. I've enjoyed delicious morel risotto, savory butternut squash soup, and anything with truffles. They also do amazing dessert, like works of art. Food worthy of a celebration.

Ida B's Table
You can eat at Ida B's any night of the week. They specialize in modern takes on Southern Classics. The first thing they bring you is the best cornbread you will ever eat. The rotate on the different Po Boy's they offer, sometimes squid, sometimes aligator. I've had both and they are awesome. Whatever fried chicken dish they have that night is the one you want. Sometimes it's spicy, other times it is smoked. Mardi Gras is athe best night to go, with Sazeracs & Hurricanes, gumbo, and beignets all night long!

Aldo's Ristorante Italiano
Aldo's is my favorite Date Night restaurant, especially on Valentine's Day. You take your date to Aldo's and they are going to be impressed. Aldo's is a Baltimore mainstay in Little Italy. Make sure you order the Beef Carpaccio and you can't go wrong with any of the fresh pasta. If you make it to a main course after all the pasta you have to get the Tournedos Rossini!
