posted in Lunch Spots
Manti are litte Turkish dumplings filled with minced meat or potatoes topped with a sourish yogurt sauce, pepper oil and garlic. At Gözleme you can watch how they prepare them freshly when you order them what you should definitely do because they are so delicious! This place is named after another Turkish speciality: Gözleme are thin, filled flatbreads grilled on a big stone hotplate - also amazing!
