The best pork sandwich you can dream of is made in an airstream at Lote 23 (Spanish for Lot #23). Puertorrican seasoned picnic pork is baked in its fat until the meat falls off the bone. The hints of garlic and oregano are then layered with everything from crunchy pork rind to homemade picked onions. A spectacular must-have!
