Members-only Sneak Peak Tour: America’s First Museum: 250 Years of Collecting,  Preserving, and Educating - Join us for a special highlight exhibit  showcasing 250 years of the Museum’s collection.  On June 14, 2023 Museum Members will have the exclusive opportunity to  tour America’s First Museum: 250 Years of Collecting, Preserving, and Educating Part  2 before it opens to the public. See what it takes to create a special exhibition from start  to finish! Guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at the Museum workroom as the  curators finish their final touches on Part 2 of this year-long exhibit. Then make your  way to the 250th highlights exhibit in the Historic Textiles Gallery and be the first to see  this once in a lifetime creation. Chief of Collections Jennifer McCormick, Curator  of Historical Archaeology Martha Zierden, Curator of Natural History Matthew  Gibson, Curator of Historic Textiles Virginia Theerman, and Curator of History Chad  Stewart will all be on hand to answer questions and provide a guided tour of the  workroom and Historic Textiles Gallery.  This program is FREE and exclusively for current Museum Members.
