The Lip Sync For Lungs Battle VII “We Be-Lung Together”, presented by Audi Charleston, will be held LIVE on February 16th at the Charleston Music Hall. The event features local celebrities performing lip sync and dance routines in an epic show-down to win the title of Lip Sync Battle Champion. Past winners include Kyle “K’Otic” Johnson, Bryan Mahanes (Other Brother Entertainment), Robert Beall, DMD (James Island Family, Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry), Susan Pearlstine, Dr. Yanis Bellil (Roper St. Francis Healthcare), and Lance Oliver (Motley Rice Law Firm). “When you can’t breathe, nothing else matters, said Margaret Ann Youngs, Development Director for the American Lung Association in South Carolina. “This unique, action-packed event features local celebrities in a wildly entertaining, concert-style event that raises funds that support lung health programs, life-saving lung cancer research, and advocacy efforts for clean air in South Carolina communities. With support from our event sponsors, donors and attendees, we’re defending the rights of our community to breathe clean air and serving individuals with lung disease.” “This is by far one of the most creative and entertaining charity events that I’ve been a part of,” said Lori DeNicola, South Carolina Local Leadership Board Member, American Lung Association, and owner of Petaloso. “I’ve been involved since the event’s inception.
