Ticket includes: One hour yoga experience, house roasted coffee, and time with a supportive community! This is not your typical yoga class . The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, deepen our breath, and re-connect with ourselves and those around us. Habitual Roots is here to help you enhance your yoga practice on the mat while also guiding you through integration practices for moments off the mat.
