Mecha Noodle Bar
Our family’s favorite spot in CT for delicious Pho and Ramen noodles. I get the Shoyu Paitan and add roasted corn and chashu (roasted pork belly). The Baos are also great (get the KFC) as are the Mushroom Dumplings and the Red Oil Dumplings (pour what’s left in your ramen!).
