🇱🇷MEMORIAL DAY: The Naval & Maritime Museum is hosting a free event in remembrance of United States veterans on May 30th. Beginning in the Vietnam Experience exhibit at 11:30, the ceremony will include a presentation of colors and Pledge of Allegiance by Lucy Beckham High School JROTC cadets and Reverend Iris J. Brown will sing a patriotic medley. A local musician will perform Taps on a bagpipe. The featured speaker will be Tara McClary Reeves, daughter of Vietnam War veteran and Purple Heart recipient Clebe McClary. (Source: HolyCitySinner.com)

We are excited to be offering an OBX Tour, centered around the filming location and sights from the popular Netflix show- Outer Banks. This 1.5 hour boat tour will show filming locations like John B’s house, the Morris Island Lighthouse, Folly’s boneyard beach, and Block Island Creek- the location of the sunken Grady White. You will also recognize scenes from seasons 2 and 3 at our departure site on Bowens Island. In addition to seeing recognizable locations from your favorite show, your captain will share information about filming and the show. The Outer Banks Boat Tour will also include the chance to view wild bottlenose dolphins- surely making it the highlight of your trip.
