When news broke yesterday that the Borden Dairy Company was closing its North Charleston plant, many in the Charleston area were asking the same question: What's going to happen to West Ashley's famed Coburg cow?. Good news, folks. The Coburg Cow isn't moo-ving anywhere for now. Borden officials confirmed the cow will remain in its tower at the corner of Highway 17 and Coburg Road after the plant closes.
