MTA’s Subway Safety Plan in NYC The Subway Safety Plan is outlined in a three-part plan to make New Yorkers feel safer. I really hope this plan succeeds and be a solution to all the chaos that’s been happening in NYC. The NYC’s homeless population definitely needs assistance and the safety and security for every rider have to be ensure again.
