🐶🐱NOW OPEN: The new shelter is 11,500 square-feet with room to house about 200 animals both inside and outside. The side of the building has fenced-in areas for dogs to play and a pasture for horses, goats, sheep and other animals. The project cost roughly $1.8 million and was made possible through fundraising efforts and the county’s 2016 general obligation bond. Their mission is for every animal that comes in their door to be vaccinated, spay and neutered, microchipped and then put into a loving home
