Laughway to the Weekend - Come laugh it up with us half way to the weekend! This improv comedy show will feature 3 acts of hilarious improv comedy. Wednesday nights are a Charleston tradition that feature long form improv comedy.  Every show is different and completely based on audience suggestions. Show is appropriate for 15 years and older. It is not “family friendly.”  Runtime is 90 – 105 minutes.

The sound was an amazing blend of blues, soul, r&b, jazz, rock and many other genres of music. No one had heard anything like it before Jimi Hendrix’s priceless contribution.

Lowcountry Artists Gallery

Lowcountry Artists Gallery presents a new exhibition of photographs by Nicole Robinson for the month of June in a show entitled “Wave Therapy.” An opening reception will be held at Lowcountry Artists Gallery, 148 East Bay Street, on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 5-8 PM. Admission is free and all are welcome. Light refreshments will be served and the artist will be in attendance. The exhibit showcases Nicole's latest collection of photographs that bring relaxation and happiness by the shore and beyond. Redux Contemporary Art Center

Intro to Screen-Printing - In this 3-week long course, you will learn the basics of screen printing. You will have either two one-color images or one image with two different colors. We will not be using computers in this class, so no Illustrator or Photoshop. Instead, we will be hand-drawing the transparencies to be burned onto the screen. You will create your image, learn how to prep and burn your screen, and then ink your image.   All materials are provided just bring your ideas.
