Probably one of Japans most charming little villages, the main reason people visiting Kinosaki is because of its hot onsen baths which is a Japanese style of bathing. Here you can walk on the streets wearing kimonos and wooden clogs without feeling dumb - because everyone else is doing it.

Take a moped or motorbike and explore the vicinity of Kuta. Go to Ubud and visit the Zen Hideaway swing which is instafamous for sure. Visit Tegalalang rice terraces and be amazed by its beauty. Take a yoga class and relax all day. The possiblities are endless.

Life's A Beach
Exactly what is sounds like. A beach retreat where time stops. Everything is simple at life´s a beach and we wouldnt recommend doing anyting else besides eating good food, relax on the beach, mingle with great people and perhaps read a book in the hammock.

Caye Caulker
A small island where you can hear the tones of reggae walking down the main street. So laidback atmosphere and when you are about to party - you either go to sportsbar or the reggea bar. Make sure you stay at Bellas Backpackers - by far one of the best hostels to meet people on the whole island.

San Blas Islands
Between Colombia and Panama (do a sailing trip) — We had never sailed before in our lives and this is an adventure to remember to the day you die. Jump on a catamaran with amazing people and choose to party everyday among beutiful islands or maybe pick a boat where you can relax. San Blas islands is a paradise for sure - youre gonna love it.

Stay in a tent on the beach where the water is turqouise - do we have to say more. This is one of those islands in Thailand where you are almost alone. Its just you and the beach and perhaps a book with a cold beer in your hand. You will love it. Make sure you stay in a tent.

Isla Holbox
The island that many tourists miss. So laidback and relaxed - that we named it our little paradise. And places like this is hard to come by these days. A beautiful beach, cozy little town and no rush at all. We could have stayed here longer but had to leave. We will be back some day.

In the north of Thailand. Make sure you stay in the old town - of course. One of the best things to do here, besides exploring the night markets is to visit an elephant sanctuary where you could bath with elephants. This is the place where they treat elephants the right way. You could also do some ziplining.

When visiting Laos - don’t ever forget to come here. One of the best small villages we have ever been in while traveling around the world. So many unique things to do here and you will find backpackers alike wherever you go. Tubing down the river drinking beers is one of the best.

Semuc Champey
We came here by word of mouth and we didn’t get disappointed. Here you can find natural pools with turqouise water where you can jump and swim from one pool to the next. Or why not take a seat in a tube, float down a river with a beer in your hand or do some caving. These are unique expereiences for sure.
