This is just about as close to heaven on earth as we will ever achieve as humans. This tiny fromagerie has only a handful of tables, so be sure to make a reservation online (although it’s still a bit of a hidden gem, so getting a reservation isn’t too hard). You walk in, tell the owner your cheese preferences - or if you trust her just tell her to surprise you (the best way to do it) - and wine preferences, and then she comes back with a plate full of cheeses and cured meats, a wine pairing, and a bottomless basket of baguette. This will literally change your life.
