Gastown is another beautiful spot in Vancouver, great for walking around and check shops out. The streets are made of brick, which was said to be gifted when Canada traded lumber with the China. On the way to China the boats would be weighted with wood and in order to make the crossing back after delivery, they would fill them with brick. Then not knowing what to do with all the brick they created the streets that are now Gastown. I recommend spending a day walking around. Start at Waterfront Station and follow Water Street to Main Street. Death Cab for Cutie - Known for melodious tracks with deep lyrics and unconventional instrumentation, like, "I'll Follow You Into The Dark," Death Cab for Cutie is an alternative rock band from Washington. Their 2008 music video, "I Will Possess Your Heart," won the Best Editing award at the MTV VMAs.
North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center
Mean Girls brings the iconic movie to life on the broadway as a "ferociously funny" musical. Co-produced by the SNL producer and screenwriter Lorne Michaels, the Tony-nominated show has been performed over 800 times.
