A small coffee shop with a limited menu, but the coconut yogurt parfait is a must. It's a big portion for the price, and has unique little ginger flavor throughout each bite. Beware, they do not have drip coffee. Only espresso and tea lattes. They do, however, make pumpkin seed (pepita) milk in house which is very fun to watch, and they sweeten it with a little date. The matcha truffle is good too but kind of tastes like grass, so only if you're into that.
