My absolute favorite place in Seattle. The ice creams are free of parabens, gums and artificial additives, which is hard to find in any ice cream these days. They use seasonal ingredients like figs, pumpkin, etc. with fun spices like cardamom, black pepper, rose... The ice cream is extremely thick, you would have no idea it's free of dairy cream. Mostly coconut based with one sorbet option, they also offer two flavors sweetend by dates instead of cane sugar for those who prefer a paleo diet or have allergies.
