La Playa Xpu-ha Beach Club
These two beautiful beaches I take in a point, since they are very similar. They are both between Playa del Carmen and Tulum and are easy and cheap to reach by collectivo (shared taxis). Special about Xpu-Ha: Entrance fee is 50 pesos per person / day and there are some restaurants. Special to Xcacel: Entry is basically free, but a donation is expected as this is a sheltered beach where turtle babies hatch during the night -When at about 16:45. There are no restaurants and no beach chairs. In addition, it has access to a cenote
