Ramen Kazama
Ramen Kazama is my favorite spot for ramen in the Twin Cities, I can say it definitively. I get their Magma bowl now every time, although I've tried almost all their other bowls. It has sooo much flavor and tastes great with a cold, light beer. The place is crowded, and the atmosphere casual but dimly lit and authentic feeling. If you like ramen, you'll like Kazama. Recommendations: 1. Old School Ramen 2. Magma Ramen (spicy) 3. Gyoza
