Table Mountain
Table mountain is equally beautiful up close and personal as it is from a distance, however, the hike is anything but a breeze. Imagine 3,000 vertical feet of staircases. That's what your up against. If you're fit to conquer this... 100% worth it. Taking the trail rather than the gondola is a unique way to escape the tourist scene, and start your day with some hardcore activity. We set off early in the morning when the mountain was still swirling with clouds, giving it a tropical, mysterious vibe. Hit the top for jaw dropping views of the ocean and town below, and took the gondola down in time to get a rejuvenating lunch.
