Holbox
Aside of the glass like waters where you can walk out a 100 yards and white powder sands, the real adventure is Whale Shark diving. I got to freedive face-to-face with a few gigantic whale sharks. They are entirely unfazed by you, you can swim right next to them. This I can say was almost like a dream.
