Blake Island
Definitely take the 45 minute ferry ride / tour from the Seattle piers to Blake Island where you can enjoy a traditional Native show and dance, learn about the Native American way of life in the area and enjoy a traditional meal including local Chinook salmon cooked vertically around a wood burning fire (see picture) - it was some of the best tasting salmon I’ve ever had, melts in your mouth. The island is a state park and part of the fun is walking around the nature trails and enjoying some time on the rocky beach by the water.
