Lobster Soup -- Icelandic lobster is meant to be amazing, but if you are like me who don't quite have the budget for a full lobster, your next best option will be the lobster soup, and it will keep you warm! I was recommended Saegreifinn in Reykjavik by a local Icelander and I was not disappointed. The soup is tangy, creamy and full of umami flavours from the seafood. The restaurant is super popular so expect to line up for a while to order and get a table.
