The Establishment
The Establishment will host a Collaborative Dinner Experience with Edmund's Oast on Thursday, May 25th. Edmund's Oast brewmasters will be on premise at to serve up some of their award winning avant-garde creations alongside Chef Elliott Howells's seasonally inspired cuisine. Dinner will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a five-course seated dinner highlighting both libations and culinary creations. Stay tuned for menu updates! Dinner will commence at 6pm in the main dining room of The Establishment. $105 ticket price includes both tax and gratuity. All refunds on ticket sales are final by May 18th. The menu will be set: no substitutions or adjustments please.

Old Village Post House Inn
Post House (101 Pitt St.) invites guests to a wine dinner on the restaurant’s back patio. The night is co-hosted by Master Sommelier and Old Village resident, Sarah Floyd of Luli Wines. The dinner will celebrate the brand’s new vintage collection.  Based in the Santa Lucia Highlands in California, Luli Wines was founded in 2007 by Sarah Floyd and the Pisoni Family. Together, they focus almost exclusively on vineyards from the Santa Lucia Highlands and surrounding areas, producing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, and rose. Executive Chef Nick Wilber will create canapes and a four-course menu to pair with Luli Wines’ vintage selections (red and white).
