I loved Jeonju for its provincial setting. If you can attend their annual film festival, you will surely enjoy the creative film entries. And while you're there, make sure to explore the nearby Hanok Village. There are plenty of heritage sites in Jeonju that you can easily walk to and visit for free, like the Hanok Village. Just invest in a good pair of shoes for ease of travel.
