one of the fanciest neighborhoods, built in the 19th century, and home to Amsterdam’s most expensive shopping street: the P.C. Hooftstraat. For the less economically-prosperous, it’s still worth walking around this street. Zuid also is the area where you’ll find most museums in Amsterdam and Amsterdam’s main park: Vondelpark
