Starting at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, January 18th, NICO Oyster + Seafood will host a “Bougie Bordeaux Wine Dinner,” featuring three courses paired with wines from the Bordeaux region in France.  The menu is as follows: Course Un Foie gras crème brûlée served with toast points and chutney Paired with Cremant de Loire Course Deux Tornado de Boeuf served with roasted root vegetables Paired with St Julien 2008 Course Trois Bordeaux Poached Pear with crème fraîche and spiced chocolate fondue Paired with St Emilion 2018 NICO Oysters + Seafood is located at 201 Coleman Blvd. in Mt.
