Lizard Island Resort

An amazing exclusive resort on Lizard Island in the crystal clear blue waters at the north end of the Great Barrier Reef. The island is otherwise a park and uninhabited. The hotel is mostly open air and designed for relaxation so no TVs in the rooms and mobile phones aren’t allowed in the public spaces. Snorkeling is a must. Have the hotel set up a picnic lunch then take a motorboat out to a private white sand beach for a day of snorkeling, hiking and sunbathing far from any other humans! We were there when they were filming “Fool’s Gold”. Kate Hudson totally had her eye on me! :)
