One Chase Manhattan Plaza
Come check out this masterpiece, “Group of Four Trees” by artist Jean Dubuffet. It is a black and white sculpture standing just in front of the black and white Chase Manhattan Bank building. The sculpture is made of synthetic plastic over an aluminum frame, with a steel armature holding the whole piece together. Group of Four Trees is located in the Chase Manhattan Bank Plaza, off Pine Street, between Nassau and William Streets, in NYC’s Financial District.

The Wiz is a musical performance described by critics as a "thrilling" and "hauntingly beautiful" take on "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz." Refreshingly diverse and emotionally driven, the show debuted on Broadway in 1975 and was produced by Motown Records. It scored a total of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and was the first all-black musical to appear on Broadway. The Wiz has made a lasting impression on musical theater, leading to multiple revivals since its debut and even a 1978 film adaptation starring Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, and Richard Pryor.
