Ka Ka Bak Kut Teh
Bak Kut Teh is a soupy broth that is prepared by boiling pork ribs with a bunch of Chinese herbs and spices and soy sauce. Often times, mushrooms and vegetables are also added to the broth. It’s a concoction of herbal garlicy peppery goodness!
