Char Kway Teow -- This smoky aromatic dish is hands down a must try if you're in Penang, Malaysia. It is flat rice noodles, briskly stir-fried with cockles, prawns, chili, chives, egg and bean sprouts in a dark soy sauce and served piping-hot on a banana leaf lined plate. Yum!
