⁉️LOST AND FOUND? A North Charleston woman came home to an interesting surprise a few days ago… this boat was left on her lawn and it was all captured on Ring doorbell footage. When she called North Charleston police, they told her the boat was now her property since it was in her yard and she was responsible for removing it and had it towed away 4 days later.
