La pizzeria Sud
Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. You can find it in Mercato Centrale, second floor. A cool and lively space with dozens of artisan food producers in the heart of Florence. Go upstairs and eat your pizza sitting down for the same price. No service charge. Highly recommend the traditional buffalo mozzerella marghertia.
