Fine Dining in Chinatown! It happens at Partage and it's wonderful. My friends, daughter and I had an amazing time for dinner and looking forward to coming back again. First things first, parking! If you have ever been to the shopping center that Partage is located in, then you know that it can get crazy at night. The best thing is to valet it in front of Partage, park in the lot in the back or Uber it. We found parking in the back lot, my other friend parked at the larger shopping center a block down and another friend did valet. You have options! As for the dining experience, it was very nice. We all did a tasting menu but had different variations that were accommodated. Some did the three course, others did the five, a couple people wanted pescatarian and one (me) could not eat uncooked egg yolk. They were able to juggle all our request splendidly. At one point one of the courses had an uncooked egg which I am allergic to. They asked if I wanted Frog Legs and I passed, since I was pulling more towards seafood not amphibian. The chef specially prepared a delicious scallop for me that my friends at the table were eyeing! Very delicious! The other courses served were flavorful and the right serving size. The Butternut Squash Soup was a table favorite, presented beautifuly and tasted wonderful. Everything was amazing! We were full but not stuffed. I definitely recommend Partage for those who are lookingfor something special in Vegas
