Nauru
I gotta be honest, #Nauru has been a very pleasant surprise. I had low expectations coming in, and I’ve had nothing but good times so far with good company. On my flight here I met 2 cool travelers who are going to every country as well, and all 3 of us are staying at an amazing family’s house who have given us the best hospitality. The nature all around this tiny island is stunning. People are friendly. The 4G service is very fast and so it hotspotting my computer. Sure, there’s not a whole lot to do here but it’s been a nice detox to relax. The only thing I haven’t enjoyed is the food, but it’s no big deal. For a 3 day trip, Nauru has been phenomenal and I’d love to come back here again!

Edmund's Oast Exchange
Please join us for our first ever wine and cheese class at EOX with our friends from Counter Cheese Caves (Eric & Nora). Tickets are $50, and the class will explore wine and cheese pairings via the concept: what grows together goes together! For example we will taste an Alpine style cheese with an Alpine wine! Counter Cheese Caves specializes in small creameries from the United States that take their inspiration from the old world! So we will taste domestic cheeses alongside old world wines! There will be four cheeses and four wines and plenty of information. Certified Sommelier Sarah O'Kelley will lead the the wine portion of the class. Seating is very limited. Note: Unfortunately, we cannot offer an industry discount on this one.
