Wild Fish Restaurant

One of the best meals I’ve had lately. Hyper-focus on sustainably caught local seafood and seasonal organic produce. Every dish was perfect - the Salmon, the Sablefish (melts in your mouth) and the best Halibut I’ve ever had. All cooked perfectly and spiced just right with expertly matched fresh herbs on everything. The starters were great too - the Roasted Beets, the Fried Kale & Potato Balls and the Gem Lettuce with Herbs & Grapefruit. Oh, and the Fried Fingerling Potatoes 🥔 with garlic aioli were delicious.
