The Sleepy Dragon hostel is clean and the staff is super cool. They have free breakfast in the morning and the layout of the common area is great to hang out in. We met the owner, who also works in their bar the “tipsy dragon” downstairs. Good vibes and located near the Raohe night market. Walking distance from Taipei 101 and several night clubs.
