Lambert's of Taos
I wouldn't say it looks like much from the outside, but we heard their cocktail menu was good so we stopped in for happy hour, and it certainly didn't disappoint. They've got a solid margarita, as well as a few spins on the classic tequila drink - perfect match for all that Taos sunshine.
