Lionsgate will host an early screening of a new horror-comedy movie called The Blackening on Tuesday, May 24th at 7 pm at Regal Palmetto Grande in Mt. Pleasant (1319 Theater Dr.). Post House (101 Pitt St.) invites guests to a wine dinner on the restaurant’s back patio. The night is co-hosted by Master Sommelier and Old Village resident, Sarah Floyd of Luli Wines. The dinner will celebrate the brand’s new vintage collection. Based in the Santa Lucia Highlands in California, Luli Wines was founded in 2007 by Sarah Floyd and the Pisoni Family. Together, they focus almost exclusively on vineyards from the Santa Lucia Highlands and surrounding areas, producing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, and rose. Executive Chef Nick Wilber will create canapes and a four-course menu to pair with Luli Wines’ vintage selections (red and white).
