Cong You Bing are flaky, buttery, scallion and pork filled fried pancakes. These are greasy buggers, but oh-so enjoyable. Go to the Old Shanghai Scallion Pancake store on Fuzhou Lu, next to all the other old Shanghai street eats stalls.
