Island Frydays
Island Frydays is the perfect destination for Jamaican flavors. Guy swings by to get a taste of the off-the-charts jerk chicken platter. The complex spice mix consists of pimento seeds, habaneros, cinnamon and nutmeg. The snapper with spicy Jamaican escovitch sauce is delicious and moist.
