A must-try is the Veal Chop Florentine, which is dipped in a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and shredded Parmesan cheese, topped with prosciutto and mozzarella, then roasted and finished with a mushroom-studded Marsala wine sauce. The result is “tender, salty, crunchy (and) garlicky,” Guy declared.
