Broders' Pasta Bar
I struggle picking an "all-time favorite" Minneapolis restaurant, but if I had to, Broder's would be it. Yep, I said it. This place is so special to me. I was born a couple blocks from the restaurant, and my parents used to take me in my stroller when I was little. Since then, I've been here dozens and dozens of times, and often choose it for my special birthday dinner. There is ALWAYS a wait, but it's ALWAYS worth it. In the summertime, they have a gorgeous patio with finger food and an outdoor bar... the perfect place to wait out your 1hr+ reservation. In the winter, hop over to Terzo, Broder's sister wine bar spot. Their menu changes very often, but they're willing to make things off menu if you can describe what you're in the mood for. I don't have one negative thing to say about Broder's, and if you go and don't like it, we cannot be friends.
