Space Porn! This restuarant has a gorgeous courtyard is actually indoors in a swanky/upscale/adult food court in San Cristobal de las Casas. These modern + chic foodcourt-style spaces are all over Mexico, and they are all so beautifully decorated! Not to mention, they almost always have a vegan or vegetarian spot! @esquinasanagustin houses a handful of restaurants, cafes, and bars. @_bangcook_oficial is a Thai spot offering tons of vegetarian and vegan options! I didn’t eat there (sadly they were closed when I tried to) so I can’t recommend any dishes, but I can say the ambience is lit (no pun intended), and the menu is promising! .
